Here's how to request a debit card online:
1. Log In or Register for Online Banking.

2. Click the 
My Profile Icon, select Banking Services from the drop down menu, click "Secure Forms" and scroll down to "Debit Card Application."
3. Complete and submit the form. You will receive a response to your request within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
